New! Expand into 3D design with the new CorelCAD 2015

For architects, engineers, mechanical designers, sign-makers and CAD enthusiasts, CorelCAD 2015 has been released with new 2D drawing capabilities, such as parametric drawing tools. The geometric and dimensional constraints help to meet exact proportion, angle and size requirements by forcing geometric shapes to perform in a specified way. The new version also allows users to be more productive in 2D and 3D design with specialized tools such as DiscardDuplicates for simplifying .DWG files by removing duplicate objects, and new support for AutoCAD generated dynamic blocks that can be inserted and controlled in CorelCAD .DWG files.

On the Windows platform, CorelCAD 2015 now opens CorelDRAW X7 .CDR files for making your 2D sketches the starting point for 3D designs that can be output to 3D printers by exporting to .STL file format. Plus, files can be imported back to CorelDRAW for high-quality presentation graphics from perspective views exported to CDR. CorelCAD 2015 is available for Windows and Mac.
