CorelCAD 2016.5 Update

This Update includes the following improvements and enhancements.

Performance and stability

The following areas feature performance and stability improvements

• Find command (to find and replace text in the drawing)
• RollView command
• Mac OS X version only:
  • Improved Multiple Document Interface (MDI) handling (UIMode)
  • Zoom/Pan operations in Layouts (specific to CorelCAD 2016 licensed through Apple Mac App Store)

Tools

• GetMassProperties command: Improved functionality for Regions
• Enhanced Views command/ dialog: Model views can now be accessed in layout sheets and vice versa (views defined as Sheet views are accessible in Model space)
• InsertBlock command: Scaling factor of inserted block improved

Printing

• Printing of drawings with referenced TIFF images improved
• Enhanced Print preview quality for complex drawings
• BatchPrint dialog now supports Drag&Drop operations to change the order of Sheets for batch printing

General / Miscellaneous

• System variables THUMBSIZE (File thumbnail size) and SDI (Single Document Interface mode) controls are now available in the Options dialog box
• Help topics for reference path options and German command alias list added
• Clipping of referenced images improved
• Windows version only:
  • Improved ability to Copy&Paste all data from Microsoft Word document and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
